Most people could not imagine coming to a plant-based lifestyle by way of food-poisoning, but that’s exactly what happened to Camy Arriola. In 2018, Camy and her husband Tony, were in London. Enjoying fish and chips, little did Camy know her life was about to take a turn for the worse.

Coming down with a severe case of food-poisoning, Camy used her down time as a chance to detox her body. As her health and strength returned, she knew a change was underway and as she says, “Never looked back.”

It didn’t take any effort at all for Tony, Camy’s husband, to join in.
