With the current state of the world due to COVID-19, people are running scared.
Many people feel out of control with all that’s going on. Yet, with proper information, we can minimize the fear, anxiety and stress.
That’s the purpose of this post and video is to minimize fear due to lack of information.
Let’s start with what makes people most susceptible. One of the primary factors is a compromised immune system. That’s why the elderly are most at risk.
Currently, more people have compromised systems than not. Much of this is due to lifestyle choices and food consumption.

Take Control
Rather than assume there is nothing you can do, why not take on the belief that there IS something you can do. There is a simple solution that can make a world of difference… food choices.

That’s right, your food choices can be your first line of defense during the global crises we face.
First, avoid fast foods and processed foods. That means all fast food establishments including McDonald’s, Wendy’s, KFC, Burger King, and the like.
These establishments serve foods filled with toxins, chemicals, sugars and salt. To subject your body to this type of food at this time is one of the worst things you can do.
Many people will continue to bury their head in the sand and pretend there is nothing they can do. A better choice is to immediately take responsibility for how you eat. This is as real as it gets.
Next, rather than making a massive run on toilet paper, how about stocking up on bulk foods that are healthy choices.
Eat Your Veggies
It is a fact that eating more fruits and veggies, beans, legumes and nuts will help boost your immune system.
One of the best things you can do to boost your immune system is to NOT consume animal and dairy. Try it for a few days and notice how you feel. Eat lots of fruits and veggies and a well rounded plant based protocol. This will give your immune system a boost
Enhancing your food choices is definitely a step in the right direction. It will give your body more of a chance of staying healthy during these very uncertain times.
