I first heard about eating a Nutritarian diet when I read, Eat to Live by Dr. Joel Fuhrman.
The Nutritarian diet is largely plant-based, gluten-free, low-salt, and low-fat. It limits processed foods, instead promoting nutrient-dense, minimally processed foods.
This short video explains the process in an easy to understand format. I’ve found that I stay the course by reading books, watching videos, listening to podcast shows and having conversations with other plant based enthusiasts.
Another resource I recommend is Vegan Fitness for Mortals: Eat Your Veggies, Be Active, Avoid Injury, and Get Healthy for Life
What are your favorite resources? Do you have a special book, video or article you want to share? Feel free to post any plant based resources in the comments section below.
