To achieve optimal results, notice your mindset. Is it working in your favor?
Are you focusing on reasons why you must take daily action or is your “small voice” taking over with negative self-talk such as, “Why did you even start this? What were you thinking? You’re not going to achieve this anyway.”
To assure success with the challenge, you can do what’s called the Flip Switch Process.
Until yesterday, I had never heard of this process.
A friend of mine recently had an interview about Law of Attraction. In it, Joan Lubar shared about the work of Dr. Robert Anthony.
Intrigued. I searched YouTube for information from Dr. Anthony.
In the video, Dr. Anthony talks about our self-talk, the Flip Switch, gratitude and much, much more.
One line he recommends we say during times we are going into negative thinking is, “I choose to feel good now!”
Consciously choose to change your attitude.
With the gratitude process, he recommends to think about what you’re grateful for.
Expressing gratitude is nothing new to me. I learned how powerful this is decades ago. Yet, it’s nice to be reminded of how powerful our attitude is.
Bottom-line… Focus on what’s going right, rather than what is not.
The more you express what is working, the more you notice what is working.
With only a few days left on the 30-Day Turnaround Challenge, be very aware of your attitude. Stick with the process by sticking with a “can do” attitude.
