This is not an easy post to write for one simple reason; it’s difficult to pick only three books on plant-based eating that have influenced me. With this in mind, I will list the three I usually recommend to those who are new to plant based eating looking for a great foundation.

  2. Fast Food Genocide
  3. How Not to Die

Each book offers great insights into what eating animal and dairy products do to our health with each providing wonderful insights on how to transition to a plant-based diet.

I highly recommend you add all three to your personal library. By the time you finish reading all three you will likely be excited to make the change in your diet that can give you a quality of life like nothing you might imagine.

by Dr. Colin Campbell and anything by Ellen Jaffe Jones.
