Lana Nelson, world-renowned food intuitive, is committed to helping individuals overcome health obstacles through food choices unique to their needs. Dealing with her own issues around food, Lana Nelson, began a journey of discovery that turned into her life’s work.

Living with chronic pain, fatigue and the garden variety of ailments Lana was determined to find the cause and solution. After years of trial and error, Lana Nelson discovered the solution was as close as her kitchen cabinets and refrigerator.

Going from daily pain, to living pain free, Lana was determined to share her message near and far. Reaching thousands of individuals every year through workshops, one-on-one coaching sessions, keynote presentations, information products and books, Lana helps people learn how to heal themselves with food.

For over 25 years, Lana has utilized emotional clearing and energy healing techniques, as well as Quantum Biofeedback Technology, to heal the world, one person at a time.

Lana is also a Licensed Massage Therapist as well as a Reiki Master Teacher who counsels in nutritional, herbal, and homeopathic therapies. Her focus is on individuals, couples and families who struggle with food, health, and emotional problems.

In her spare time, Lana is wife to Dr. Bruce Nelson, mother to 12 adult children and grandmother to 33. She loves to hike and garden and of course, experiment with food.
